{"id":2535,"date":"2026-02-15T18:41:59","date_gmt":"2026-02-15T18:41:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recipe4thecook.com\/\/"},"modified":"2026-02-15T18:41:59","modified_gmt":"2026-02-15T18:41:59","slug":"pistachio-cake","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recipes4thecook.com\/cake\/blog\/2026\/02\/15\/pistachio-cake\/","title":{"rendered":"Pistachio Cake"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Ingredients<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>1 large package white cake mix<br \/>\n2 small packages pistachio instant pudding mix<br \/>\n3 eggs<br \/>\n1 C. oil<br \/>\n1 C. clear cola<br \/>\n1\/2 C. nuts<br \/>\n1 1\/2 C. milk<br \/>\n1 small container whipped topping<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Cooking Instructions<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Stir together the cake mix, 1 package instant pudding, eggs, oil and cola. Mix for 4  minutes, then add nuts. Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13 inch cake pan at 350 degrees  for 35 to 40 minutes. Frosting: Beat together the other package of instant pudding and  milk for 2 minutes then fold in whipped topping. Spread on completely cooled cake.
