Cut  up chocolate with a large knife very coarsely. Coarse cut almonds in blender, not fine. Set  both chocolate and almonds aside. Beat sugar and eggs together 4 minutes, add olive oil  very slowly and 1 Tbls. water. Turn mixer to slow and add almonds plus chocolate  until just mixed. Pour mixture into pan.
