In smaller bowl, blend together  butter, sugar, eggs and milk until well mixed. Add to dry the ingredients Add blueberries  either with a spatula or by using mixer.  Topping &#8211; Cut together sugar, flour cinnamon and 1\/2 C. butter. Sprinkle over batter.  Bake at 400 for 40 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 for 20-25 minutes.
