{"id":1432,"date":"2026-02-15T18:41:28","date_gmt":"2026-02-15T18:41:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recipe4thecook.com\/\/"},"modified":"2026-02-15T18:41:28","modified_gmt":"2026-02-15T18:41:28","slug":"apricot-nectar-cream-cheese-cake","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recipes4thecook.com\/cake\/blog\/2026\/02\/15\/apricot-nectar-cream-cheese-cake\/","title":{"rendered":"Apricot Nectar Cream Cheese Cake"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Ingredients<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>18.25 ounce package butter cake mix<br \/>\n1\/2 sticks margarine or butter<br \/>\n3\/4 C. apricot nectar juice<br \/>\n3 eggs<br \/>\n2 Tbsp. lemon extract<br \/>\n4 ounces cream cheese<br \/>\n1\/4 C. sugar<br \/>\n1-1\/2 Tbsp. lemon juice<br \/>\n1 C. sifted confectioners&#8217; sugar<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Cooking Instructions<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Using an electric mixer, combine cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice. Pour cake mix  into bowl. Mix in margarine with a fork. Pour in apricot nectar juice. Stir. Add one egg at  a time and mix. Add lemon extract and beat with an electric mixer on medium speed for 3  minutes. Add the cream cheese mixture to the batter. Beat an additional one-half to one  minute. Bake in a greased and floured bundt pan in a preheated 350-degree oven for 45  minutes or until cake is golden brown. Glaze as soon as cake is removed from oven.  Combine lemon juice and confectioners&#8217; sugar.
