Red Wine Cake
Ingredients
1 packet yellow cake mix
1 packet French vanilla pudding (small)
1 C. cooking oil
1 C. sherry wine
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
5 eggs
1/2 C. walnuts, chopped
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cake mix, pudding mix, oil, sherry and nutmeg, until blended. Add one egg at a time. Blend on medium speed. Fold in nuts. Pour into Bundt pan. Put in 350 degrees hot oven and bake for 50 minutes. Remove from pan immediately.
