Pumpkin Pie Cake
Ingredients
l pound can pumpkin
3 eggs, beaten
1 large can evaporated milk
1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon
l tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 C. sugar
Topping:
1 box cake mix
1 C. chopped nuts [pecans are good]
1 stick margarine
Cooking Instructions
Mix ingredients well. Pour into well greased 9xl3 pan. Topping: Sprinkle cake mix over the above pumpkin mixture. Sprinkle nuts over the top of cake mix. Drizzle margarine over all. Bake 350 at degrees, 45-50 minutes. Test as for custard, knife comes out clean.
