Pistachio Cake
Ingredients
1 large package white cake mix
2 small packages pistachio instant pudding mix
3 eggs
1 C. oil
1 C. clear cola
1/2 C. nuts
1 1/2 C. milk
1 small container whipped topping
Cooking Instructions
Stir together the cake mix, 1 package instant pudding, eggs, oil and cola. Mix for 4 minutes, then add nuts. Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13 inch cake pan at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Frosting: Beat together the other package of instant pudding and milk for 2 minutes then fold in whipped topping. Spread on completely cooled cake. Keep refrigerated.
