Chewy Chocolate Fudge Cake
Ingredients
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 stick margarine
1 C. water
1/2 C. oil
2 C. of self-rising flour
2 C. sugar
1/2 C. milk
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 C. nuts
Frosting:
1 stick margarine
4 Tbsp. cocoa
6 Tbsp. milk
Cooking Instructions
In a saucepan bring to boil first four ingredients. Pour over flour and sugar, then add milk, eggs, baking soda and 1 tsp. vanilla. Bring to boil, remove from heat and add powdered sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and nuts. Bake in greased and floured 9″x13″ pan for 18 to 22 minutes. Frosting: Pour over hot cake
