Ingredients

1 C. white corn syrup
2 egg whites
2 tsp. vanilla

Cooking Instructions

Into a large mixing bowl of electric mixer, place the whites of eggs and corn syrup. Start beating on low speed, then increase to high speed. To this amount of icing, add vanilla. When mixture will hold its shape, spread on cake. It may be flavored with mint and colored green.
