Cheese Cake
Ingredients
Crust
1 C. graham crackers crumbs
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. butter
Filling
24 ounces cream cheese, softened
3/4 C. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 eggs
Topping
1 C. sour cream
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Cooking Instructions
Crust: Mix and form in spring form pan. Filling: Mix with mixer, pour into pan and place in 300 oven for 55 minutes. Mix topping well and pour on to top of baked cheesecake and bake for 10 minutes more.
