{"id":335,"date":"2026-02-15T18:28:41","date_gmt":"2026-02-15T18:28:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recipe4thecook.com\/\/"},"modified":"2026-02-15T18:28:41","modified_gmt":"2026-02-15T18:28:41","slug":"hash-brown-skillet-breakfast","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recipes4thecook.com\/breakfast\/blog\/2026\/02\/15\/hash-brown-skillet-breakfast\/","title":{"rendered":"Hash  Brown  Skillet  Breakfast"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Ingredients<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>6 slices bacon<br \/>\n1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns<br \/>\n6 beaten eggs<br \/>\n1\/4 C. milk<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp. salt<br \/>\nDash pepper<br \/>\n1 C. cheddar cheese<br \/>\nPicante sauce (opt.)<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Cooking Instructions<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Cook bacon crisp; drain well.  Save drippings.  Crumble bacon and set aside.  Cook hash browns in drippings until underside is crisp and browned.   Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper.  Stir well and pour over potatoes.  Top with cheese and sprinkle with bacon.  Cover and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes.  Cut into wedges and serve.
