Sealtest lowfat cottage cheese<br \/>\n12 orange peeled, sliced<br \/>\n1 C. fresh pineapple chunks<br \/>\n1 med. banana, sliced<br \/>\n2 Tbsp. Bakers angel flake coconut, Optional<br \/>\n3 Wasa Crispbread<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Cooking Instructions<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Mix cottage cheese and fruit.  Stir in coconut before serving.  Serve on Crispbread.
