Breakfast Pockets
Ingredients
1 slice of bacon or link of sausage
2 eggs
Slice of American cheese
1 pocket bread (pita)
Cooking Instructions
Dice bacon or sausage. Brown it in frying pan. Add eggs to pan and scramble. Turn off heat and add cheese until melted. Soften pocket bread in microwave for 15 seconds. Open up the pocket and fill with scrambled egg mixture.
