{"id":939,"date":"2026-02-15T18:30:49","date_gmt":"2026-02-15T18:30:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recipe4thecook.com\/meat-filled-roll\/"},"modified":"2026-02-15T18:30:49","modified_gmt":"2026-02-15T18:30:49","slug":"meat-filled-roll","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recipes4thecook.com\/breadmachine\/blog\/2026\/02\/15\/meat-filled-roll\/","title":{"rendered":"Meat Filled Roll"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Ingredients<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Dough:<br \/>\n2\/3 C. water 1 C.<br \/>\n2 tsp. vegetable oil 1 Tbsp.<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp. salt 1\/2 tsp.<br \/>\n2\/2 tsp. sugar 1 tsp.<br \/>\n1 1\/3 C. bread flour 2 C.<br \/>\n2\/3 C. whole wheat flour 1 C.<br \/>\n2 Tbsp. nonfat dry milk 3 Tbsp.<br \/>\n1 tsp. yeast 1 1\/2 tsp.<br \/>\nMeat filling:<br \/>\n1\/3 pound cooked sausage 1\/2 pound<br \/>\n1\/3 pound cooked ground beef or turkey 1\/2 pound<br \/>\n1\/3 pound smooth processed cheese 1\/2 pound.<br \/>\nsalt and pepper to taste<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Cooking Instructions<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>If you have a Panasonic SDBT6P or a National SDBT6N you may make some of these breads on  the Variety Bread Cycle. This cycle enables you to remove the dough, place fillings into it and  replace it into the machine for baking. Follow the directions given in your owner&#8217;s manual.  Owners of all other machines should make the recipes on the dough setting, remove, fill  according to following directions and bake (in your conventional oven).
