Swedish Limpa Bread
Ingredients
1 pound loaf
1 3/4 C. bread flour
3/4 C. whole rye flour
2 Tbsp. date sugar
1 Tbsp. dry milk powder
1 Tbsp. caraway seed
1 tsp. sea salt
1 C. water
1 Tbsp. canola, safflower or sunflower oil
2 tsp. active dry yeast
1 1/2 pound loaf
2 C. bread flour
1 C. whole rye flour
3 Tbsp. date sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. dry milk powder
4 tsp. caraway seeds
1 1/2 tsp. sea salt
1 1/4 C. water
2 Tbsp. canola, safflower or sunflower oil
1 package dry yeast
Cooking Instructions
Combine ingredients in order according to your own bread machine instructions. Set your machine for the whole wheat mode. Press start.
