Spelt Bread
Ingredients
3 3/8 C. spelt flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. powdered milk or substitute
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. canola oil
1 3/8 C. water, room temperature
1 package quick rise yeast
Cooking Instructions
Place all ingredients except yeast in baking pan. Set for Whole Wheat, Rapid Bake Mode. Place yeast in dispenser.
