1 C. bread flour
1/2 C. pecans
1 C. wheat flour
1/4 C. poppy seeds
1/4 C. rye flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. caraway seeds
1/4 C. cornmeal
1 Tbsp. dry milk
1/4 C. unprocessed bran
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. honey
1/4 C. raisins
1 C. water
1 1/2 tsp. dry yeast

Cooking Instructions

Put ingredients into bread maker according to your machine’s instructions. This makes a beautiful dense loaf, with a sweet nutty flavor.
