Mincemeat Bread
Ingredients
6 ounces water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lecithin; (optional)
4 ounces mincemeat plus 1/3 C.
1/2 C. rolled oats
2 C. bread flour
1 Tbsp. gluten
1 C. oat flour
2 1/4 tsp. yeast
Cooking Instructions
Use box condensed mincemeat mixed with 1 1/2 C. water. Crumble mincemeat, pour over 1 1/2 boiling water. MW 3 minutes. Let stand until cool (several hours is best).
