1 package yeast
1 C. rye flour
2 Tbsp. gluten
3 C. bread flour
2 Tbsp. buttermilk powder
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 Tbsp. caraway seeds
1 1/2 C. water

Cooking Instructions
