Filled Crescent Rolls
Ingredients
1/2 Tbsp. yeast
1/2 C. oats
2 C. flour
1/4 C. sugar, brown
1/2 tsp. salt
1 eggs
1/4 C. applesauce
1/4 C. milk
1/4 C. water; warm
fruit spread
Cooking Instructions
Scald milk, then cool to lukewarm. Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set “baking control” at 10 o’clock. Select “white bread manual” and push Start. Punch down dough. Roll dough on a lightly floured surface into a 12-inch circle. Spread with your favorite “fruit only” jam or preserves. Cut into 8 wedges. Roll up each wedge, beginning at rounded end. Place rolls with points underneath on a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick spray; curve to form crescents. Let rise until double, about 45 minutes. Heat oven to 350. Bake for 20- 25 minutes, until rolls are golden brown.
