Ingredients

2 1/2 tsp. dry yeast
2 1/4 C. bread flour
3/4 C. medium rye flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. dry skim milk
4 1/2 tsp. shortening or sweet butter
1 1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
1 1/2 C. less 3 Tbsp. lukewarm water

Cooking Instructions

Place ingredients in pan in above order. Select White Bread setting. Push Start.
