Whole Wheat Bagel Bread
Ingredients
1 tsp. active dry yeast
1 tsp. gluten
2 C. whole-wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. honey
5 1/2 ounces warm water
1 1/2 pound loaf:
1 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
1 1/2 tsp. gluten
Cooking Instructions
For Panasonic/National machines, use 2 tsp. of yeast for 1 1/2 pound loaf. Combine ingredients according to manufacturer’s directions.
