Stuffing Bread
Ingredients
10 1/2 ounces bread flour; 2 1/3 C.
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. dry milk
1 Tbsp. lecithin granules
1 Tbsp. vital gluten
2 Tbsp. dried parsley
1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
1 Tbsp. caraway seeds
1 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
1 C. water; +1 Tbsp.
1 tsp. yeast
Cooking Instructions
Bake on regular bake cycle. Watch dough to see if you need a little more water. Can be timed.
