Rye Bread
Ingredients
1 1/2 pound loaf
1 package yeast
2 C. rye flour
2 C. bread flour
2 Tbsp. nonfat dry milk powder
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. ground allspice (optional)
1 Tbsp. caraway seeds (optional)
1 1/2 C. warm water
Cooking Instructions
Add all ingredients listed above, select white bread and push start.
