Ingredients

1 package yeast
3 C. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. salt
1 C. raisins
1 C. plus 2 Tbsp. fresh orange juice warm, or 2 Tbsp. orange juice concentrate and 1
C. warm water
2 egg whites

Cooking Instructions

Place all in order given in your bread machine and follow manufacturers instructions for best results. This recipe can be made with the regular, rapid or delayed time bake cycles.
