Ingredients

2/3 C. milk
1/2 C. ripe banana; mashed
1 egg
2 Tbsp. margarine; or butter
3 C. bread flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon; (optional)
1 tsp. active dry yeast
3/4 C. walnuts; or pecans toasted chopped

Cooking Instructions

Add ingredients to machine according to manufacturers directions, adding the banana with the milk. (Use light setting, if available.)
