Ingredients

1 C. plus 2 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. instant dry milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter (applesauce)
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 C. old-fashion rolled oats
1/2 C. snipped pitted dates
1/3 C. chopped walnuts/pecans
3 C. bread flour
2 tsp. rapid-rise yeast

Cooking Instructions

Place in bread machine according to custom. Cook on basic, rapid or delayed bake cycle. Light crust setting.
