{"id":64,"date":"2026-02-22T20:05:40","date_gmt":"2026-02-22T20:05:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recipes4thecook.com\/cioppino"},"modified":"2026-02-22T20:05:40","modified_gmt":"2026-02-22T20:05:40","slug":"cioppino","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recipes4thecook.com\/beef\/blog\/2026\/02\/22\/cioppino\/","title":{"rendered":"Cioppino"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Ingredients<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>1 pound sea bass cut in chunks<br \/>\n1 can sliced mushrooms 4 oz.<br \/>\n2 carrots peeled, sliced<br \/>\n1 medium onion chopped<br \/>\n1 small green pepper chopped<br \/>\n1 garlic clove minced<br \/>\n1 can tomato sauce-15 oz.<br \/>\n1 can beef broth-14 oz.<br \/>\nSalt to taste<br \/>\n1\/8 tsp. seasoned pepper<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp. leaf oregano<br \/>\n1 can clams with juice 7 oz.<br \/>\n1\/2 pound shrimp peeled, de-veined<br \/>\n1 small lobster tail optional<br \/>\n1 package frozen crab meat thawed, and cartilage removed<br \/>\nMinced fresh parsley<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><b><font face=\"comic sans ms\" size=\"5\">Cooking Instructions<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Combine half of sea bass in crock pot with vegetables, garlic, tomato sauce, beef broth and seasonings, stir well. Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours or on high for 2 to 4 hours. One hour before serving, turn on high and stir in remaining sea bass and seafood. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour or until done.
