In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil over high heat. Add collard greens, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>2. Add onions, tomatoes, coconut milk, and salt and stir well. Cook, uncovered, 20 minutes more.
