Wild Rice With Quinoa
Ingredients
2 1/2 C.(s) water
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 C.(s) wild rice, washed and soaked
1/2 C.(s) quinoa
Cooking Instructions
Combine the water and soy sauce in a pot and bring to a boil over medium high heat. Add wild rice and cover, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Add the quinoa, cover and simmer for a further 20 minutes or until the water is all absorbed. Remove from heat and allow to steam, covered for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
