Sweet Red Cabbage
Ingredients
1 small head red cabbage
1 pt. Water
1/2 C. fresh or canned seedless grapes
2 cooking apples, pared and sliced
1 small onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
3/4 Tbsp. butter
3/4 Tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/3 C. claret or Burgundy wine
Cooking Instructions
Shred cabbage and boil in water until tender. Place cabbage and liquid in a casserole and add the remaining ingredients. Bake covered at 350ΒΊ for 1 hour.
