Sweet Potatoes A L’Orange
Ingredients
2 pounds sweet potatoes, cooked, or 2 pounds vacuum packed sweet potatoes
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
16 apricot halves, dried
orange slices, fresh
Cooking Instructions
Arrange sweet potatoes in a shallow baking dish. Combine margarine and cinnamon; pour over potatoes. Arrange apricot halves on top. Cover dish. Bake at 425 degrees F. for about 15 minutes. Add orange slices, and serve.
