Steamed Soy Sauce Bass
Ingredients
2 slices fresh ginger root, diced
1 clove garlic, diced
2 green onions, chopped
5 oz. soy sauce
1 1/2 lbs. fillet of bass (stripped
or black)
5 fresh mushrooms, chopped
Cooking Instructions
Place fish in Pyrex pie plate. Marinate with soy sauce for 15 minutes, turning once. Sprinkle with other items over top of fish. Place in top of steamer pot, with tight lid. Steam for 15 to 20 minutes, until done. Serve with hot rice, using juice as gravy.
