Spaghetti Sauce With Sun Dried Tomatoes
Ingredients
1 1/2 C. chopped sun-dried tomatoes
1 medium onion chopped
1 C. chopped celery
2 garlic cloves minced
1 can whole or chopped tomatoes-36 oz. un-drained
2/3 C. Chablis or other dry white wine
1 tsp. dried fennel seed
1 1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions
Place all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
