Shredded Bq Deer Meat
Ingredients
Leftover deer roast, shredded
1 C. catsup
1/2 C. vinegar
1/2 C. water
1 med. onion, chopped about 1/2 C.
3 tsp. packed brown sugar
3 tsp. prepared mustard
3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Cooking Instructions
Mix all above ingredients. Pour over shredded deer roast. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serving suggestions: as a main meat-or our favorite, on a hamburger bun with cheese Sloppy Joe style.
