Sea Legs Broccoli
Ingredients
4 oz. linguini or spaghetti
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli in
cheese sauce
3/4 lb. sea legs or crab legs &
lobster meat
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
1/2 C. half & half
1 egg, beaten
Grated Parmesan cheese
Cooking Instructions
Cook linguini to desired doneness. Drain. Cook broccoli as directed on package. In a large saucepan, combine linguini, sea legs and margarine. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thoroughly heated. Remove from heat. Stir in cooked broccoli. In a small bowl, combine half and half with egg. Stir into linguini mixture. Return to low heat and stir gently until heated. Serve immediately. If desired, serve with Parmesan on top. Makes 4 servings.
