Salmon Rissoles
Ingredients
1 med. can red salmon
1 med. can pink salmon
1 sm. onion
1 egg
2 oz. fine matzo meal
Oil for frying
Cooking Instructions
Strain, bone and skin the salmon. Add egg, grated onions and matzo meal; mix well. Mold into flat round cakes and fry in small quantities of oil. Makes 10 Rissoles.
