Salmon Loaf Or Mold
Ingredients
1 (1 lb.) can salmon
2 pkgs. Knox gelatin
1/2 C. ketchup
1/2 C. onions, chopped or grated
1/2 C. celery, chopped
1/4 C. vinegar (not cider type)
1 C. mayonnaise
1/2 C. cold water
Cooking Instructions
Dissolve gelatin in water. Boil ketchup with juice of salmon. Mix with gelatin; flake salmon fine; add rest of ingredients. Put into oiled pan or mold. Refrigerate overnight.
