Roasted Pepper Cheese Bread
Ingredients
large:
2 tsp. rapid rise yeast (1 1/4 for regular)
3 C. gold medal better for bread flour (2 C. for regular)
3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese; grated (2 Tbsp. for regular)
2 Tbsp. sugar (1 Tbsp. for regular)
1 1/2 tsp. salt (1/2 tsp. for regular)
1 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves (1 tsp. for regular)
1 Tbsp. margarine or butter; soften (2 tsp. for regular)
3/4 C. water (1/2 C. for regular)
1/4 C. roasted red peppers; chopped (3 Tbsp. for regular)
2 cloves garlic; crushed (1 clove for regular)
ripe olive spread if desired
Cooking Instructions
Prepare Regular Recipe if your bread machine recipes typically call for 2 C. flour. Prepare Large Recipe if they typically call for 3 C. flour. Measure all ingredients except Ripe Olive Spread and place in bread machine pan in the order that the bread machine manufacturer suggests. Select regular bake or rapid bake cycle. Do not use delayed bake cycle. Serve bread with Ripe Olive Spread.
