Red Fish Salad
Ingredients
2 qts. red fish pieces
3 qts. water
2 tsp. McCormick seafood seasoning
1 sm. jar pimento, chopped
2 tsp. dill pickle relish
1/2 C. onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 C. pecans, chopped
1/4 C. celery, chopped
Cooking Instructions
Boil pimento 15 to 20 minutes.
Flake and cool fish then add ingredients. Add mayonnaise to moisten. Then add 1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese salad dressing and several drops of Louisiana hot sauce if desired.
