Pork Tenderloin In Sour Cream
Ingredients
8 slices pork tenderloin
1 pound. mushrooms
4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
sliced onion
1 C. sour cream
1 C. water
2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
Cooking Instructions
Fry tenderloins in butter until brown. Place in a baking dish. Add flour to butter in fry pan to make a smooth paste (you may have to increase butter). Add water, sour cream, seasoning and mushrooms, browned in butter. Pour mixture over pork. Cover and bake 1 hour at 275 degrees.
