Pork Steak And Veggies
Ingredients
5 each pork steaks or pork chops
1 can(s) mushroom soup
1 package(s) frozen mixed vegetables
1 each green bell pepper chopped
1 medium onion chopped
1 small can mushrooms
Cooking Instructions
Brown meat in a frying pan. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place meat in a roasting pan. Put vegetables, bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms on top of meat. Last, put mushroom soup over top. Cover roasting pan and bake at 375 for 1 hour or until tender. Good served with boiled potatoes or rice.
