Pickled Fish 2
Ingredients
1 qt. of filleted fish, cut into
bite-size pieces
5/8 C. pickling salt
1 C. white vinegar
Cooking Instructions
Pour salt and vinegar over fish and let stand 5 days in refrigerator. On the 6th or 7th day drain and wash fish in cold water. Drain again. Put in cold water and let stand 1 hour. Drain and wipe dry. Heat, until sugar is dissolved, cool: 1 C. vinegar
