Pheasant In Gravy
Ingredients
1 pheasant, cut
1 C. sour cream
1 can mushroom soup
1 tsp. curry powder
2 tsp. butter
Cooking Instructions
Melt butter in pan and brown pheasant on all sides. Transfer meat to casserole dish. Mix sour cream, mushroom soup, and curry powder and pour over pheasant. Add quartered potatoes if desired. Cover and cook for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
