Peach Cobbler 2
Ingredients
1-1/4 pounds frozen peaches (5 to 7), or any appropriate fresh fruit
12 packages artificial sweetener (3 tsp.)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
6 Tbsp. butter
1 C. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 C. rolled oats
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place frozen peaches in 8-inch square baking dish; allow to thaw completely. Add artificial sweetener and cinnamon; mix. In a small bowl, cut butter into flour, salt and rolled oats with pastry blender. Sprinkle over peaches; stir to blend . Cover; bake 30 minutes. Remove cover; bake an additional 25 to 30 minutes, or until peaches are tender. Check baking time if fruit other than peaches is used.
