Orange Glazed Pork
Ingredients
8 ounces pork tenderloin
1/2 tsp. coriander
1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 C. frozen orange juice concentrate
2 slices bread
Cooking Instructions
Turn on broiler. Cover pan with foil. Wash and dry pork – cut into 4 equal pieces. In a bowl large enough to hold the pork, combine rest of ingredients except bread. Season with pepper. Add pork and coat well. Broil pork for 10-12 minutes Serve with bread.
