Kasha Bread
Ingredients
1 1/8 C. water
3 Tbsp. raisins, seedless
1 1/2 egg beaters
1 1/2 Tbsp. apple juice, concentrate
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. gluten
1/3 C. buckwheat flour, whole groat
3 C. whole-wheat flour
2 tsp. yeast
Cooking Instructions
Process the raisins and water in food processor before inserting into machine. Place all ingredients into the pan, in the order listed. Select white bread, and press “Start.” Unless otherwise noted all ingredients should be at room temperature.
