Indoor Clam Bake
Ingredients
Brown kelp (rock weed – the kind that
has little floats)
Ocean Water
Cooking Instructions
For each person: 1 well scrubbed potato 1 or 2 lg. onions 1 or 2 pieces of lingica 1 lobster 8-10 steaming clams and-or mussels 1 ear shucked corn In a large steamer put about 2 inches of seaweed and about 2 inches of ocean water. Bring to a boil. Add the first 4 ingredients. Steam for 30 minutes. Add the last 3 ingredients. Cover and steam 20 more minutes. This is best eaten outdoors. With a tossed salad, then main course is complete.
