Ham Souffle
Ingredients
1 Tbsp. oleo
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. salt
2 C. milk
3 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 C. soft bread crumbs
2 C. ground ham
3 egg whites
Cooking Instructions
Make white sauce. Bring to a boil; add bread crumbs. Cook 2 minutes. Add ham and well beaten egg yolks. Fold in egg whites. Bake in casserole 50 to 55 minutes at 350 degrees.
