Grilled Shrimp 1
Ingredients
2 lb. frozen or fresh shrimp, shelled & deveined
1/2 C. olive oil
1/2 C. chopped onion
1/2 C. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 C. snipped parsley
1 1/4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Cooking Instructions
Thaw shrimp if frozen. Combine oil, onion, beer, lemon juice, parsley, Worcestershire, dill weed and salt. Place shrimps in a plastic bag set in a bowl. Pour marinade mixture over shrimp. Close bag. Marinate 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours in the refrigerator. Drain shrimp well and reserve marinade. Place shrimp in a greased wire grill basket. Grill over hot coals for 20 to 25 minutes, turning basket or individuals shrimp often and basting with marinade. Makes 5 servings.
